Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is conveniently located, just 5 minutes from the metro and a short walk to Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, although lacking privacy in the toilet area. The service was overall friendly and helpful, with a lovely breakfast offered. The location is excellent, close to traditional eateries and in a quiet neighborhood near the Old Town. The dining experience was satisfying with a nice buffet selection. The facilities are adequate for a pleasant stay.
Staying at this 13th-century building was an interesting experience. The rooms, while tired-looking, provided a unique atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, but the issue with the window overlooking a smoking area was a downside. The location was excellent, close to major attractions and offering lovely breakfast options. The dining experience was good, with a variety of choices, but could improve on vegetarian options. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives in this historical setting.
The hotel offers spacious and bright rooms, though unfortunately cold even with the heat on full blast, and some bathrooms leaked majorly. The service was friendly and helpful, with pleasant staff available for various assistance. The location was a big advantage, being close to attractions yet in a calm area. Dining was good but tends to wind down by 9:30 am. Overall, a clean and pleasant stay.
The hotel offers a peaceful and romantic atmosphere with views of St Agnes convent, just two blocks from the river. The spacious suite on the top floor was cozy, although ventilation at night was limited. The friendly and accommodating service made our stay truly special, going above and beyond to cater to our needs. The location was ideal, surrounded by bars and restaurants, within walking distance to major attractions. The dark, cellar-like dining room offered a delightful buffet selection, setting us up for exploring the city.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. While the rooms were a bit tired-looking and the TV had limited channels, the comfortable furniture and bed made up for it. Unfortunately, the room was cold even with the heat on full blast, and the shower majorly leaked. On the bright side, the location was excellent, near the old town and a tram stop, offering a calm and pleasant setting away from the tourist crowds.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful, offering a peaceful and romantic atmosphere with views of the St Agnes convent. The room tended to get warm even in winter, but not facing the street added to the tranquility. The location was superb, just minutes away from the old town square and the place of the republic.
