i was quite frustrated by a couple of things. the in-room safe didn't work. i had to carry my valuables around at all times , and also the minibar was completely empty upon arrival. it seemed like a basic amenity was missing , and it was quite disappointing.

Quiet Gem Close to Everything

Location was excellent. The area felt secure. The room had good amenities, it included a minibar. It was spacious. The hotel supplied free toiletries and there was a hairdryer in the bathroom. The breakfast service was excellent. The buffet included fresh bread. The selection of cheese pleased me. I also liked the fresh juice options. The staff was helpful and always available. The decor I found tasteful. The hotel building features historic architecture. The inner courtyard allows guests to relax. The garden is a plus for visitors. The room featured soundproofing. It created a quiet environment. The bed was very large and comfortable. I rested quite well at this hotel.

The lighting in the room was not ideal. It felt slightly dim at times, especially in the evenings.

The location allowed short walks to the square and other tourist spots. The staff let me leave my bags at the hotel before check-in. I also left them briefly after checkout. The staff was friendly.

There was no air conditioning. The room became uncomfortably warm, particularly in hot weather. An electric fan was provided, but it did not help much. The street noise made a restful night's sleep impossible.
